WHAT KIND OF GRAPHICS ARE INCLUDED WITH A RETAINER?

• Graphic Design - Must already have a logo completed! Anything in our "a la carte" category.

• Print Materials - Designs for printed materials such as labels, business cards, flyers, brochures.

​

• Digital Materials - Social Media graphics, Social Media Icons + Headers, etc.

​

• Web Updates & Maintenance - content, graphics and web maintenance can be provided for select customers. (Only for Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix and Shopify websites that are fully set up and functional)

• Services do not include additional costs like stock photography, paid specialty fonts, licensing, & printing

​

• Additional services are available upon request.

REQUIREMENTS + POLICIES

• 3 month minimum commitment after the first month booked. At the end of first month, we will revaluate the package you're enrolled in to ensure the number of graphics are fitting your business' needs. After that, client can choose to move to a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month commitment.
  
   

• Each retainer contains a set number of graphics each month. Additional graphics outside of what is includes will be billed at full price before any work is started.
  
   

• Unused graphics will expire. They do not roll over each month as that would defeat the purpose of a retainer for projects. I will always let you know if we are nearing the end of the month and you still have projects left!
  
   

• You will receive a detailed invoice each month of the projects worked and the hours allocated to them.
  
   

• NOTE: The retainer program is for repeat clients, so if we haven't yet worked together, let's start by working on a logo, website or other design materials first before considering the retainer program. We have to make sure a long-term contractual relationship is a good fit on both ends.
