GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

For all work, designs will be started upon submission of full payment or a deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS! I require a 50% deposit on all branding packages. Print orders, Websites, Logos, A La Carte Services & Revamps must be paid in full! Upon completion of the design, remaining balances must be paid. Final Designs will not be disclosed until balances are fully paid. Items will not ship out until final balance is paid.
ALL PAYMENTS are 100% non-refundable! You are paying for my time and to secure your spot on the order list. Buyer's remorse is no exception to this. Please be sure to read through all policies and turnaround times listed under each product to ensure we are a good fit for your business needs.

All information disclosed on this site is protected. I hereby promise and confirm that no information shared on this site will be shared or disclosed to any third parties. This includes email addresses, addresses, telephone numbers, credit card information, etc.
Designs are solely yours after completion of payment, and ideas will never be shared with another client! Your ideas are yours! I pride myself on being trustworthy and believe in keeping my clients' trust.

SHIPPING POLICY
Items are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the items. Standard Shipping is 5-7 Business Days. Shipping times do not begin until after designs are approved and prints are processed. Standard printing process time is 5-7 business days after designs are approved.
