For all work, designs will be started upon submission of full payment or a deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS! I require a 50% deposit on all branding packages, and web designs. Print orders, A La Carte Services & Revamps must be paid in full! Upon completion of the design, remaining balances must be paid. Final Designs will not be disclosed until balances are paid. Items will not ship out until final balance is paid.

Designs are solely yours after completion of payment, and ideas will never be shared with another client! Your ideas are yours! I pride myself on being trustworthy and believe in keeping my clients' trust.
Items are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS, depending on the items.
Standard Shipping is 3-5 Business Days. Shipping times do not begin until after designs are approved and prints are processed. Standard printing process time is 5-7 business days after designs are approved. Please note that shipping times are currently estimated due to COVID-19.
